Reviews: Powdered Worcestershire Sauce
Used for Bloody Mary seasoning was delish!
Everything about this product is distinctive and delicious, from the great taste to the thoughtful whimsy of the packaging. Although I love using it myself, it also makes the best of gifts. Each spice has its own story right on the jar. So cute I don't need to put it away in a cabinet, but I can leave it out for all to see and use all the time. I love the Powdered Worcestershire Sauce on pasta to popcorn! I highly recommend this product.

I do not even like Worcestershire sauce in the first place but was VERY curious about this stuff, having never heard of it before. And shockingly, I enjoyed it, it was surprisingly tasty. Did not go too well on a burger, unfortunately, but should be great on steak, pork, a roast, possibly even roast veggies or a savory salad.

I grilled some burgers with this, and they came out tasting really good. I usually use a famous brand of the liquid version while grilling, and sometimes I get a few flare-ups. With this, I don't, and it still adds the flavor in. I've yet to try it on steaks and chicken, but have no doubt it will enhance the flavors. Keep in mind, the first and second ingredients in this are salt and sugar respectively, the two ingredients our American diets seem to get too much of these days, so I'd use it sparingly. I'll still use my liquid version for most things, but this is a nice additional spice to have in my cabinet

I add Worcestershire sauce to many meat dishes, so definitely wanted to try this. I used it on a roast in the slow cooker and was very happy with the result. The seasoning has a very full flavor, although doesn't quite exactly taste like the liquid sauce, but close. It made a lovely roast seasoning and flavorful gravy afterward as well. Its great for when you want the flavor but don't want the added liquid (like in deviled eggs!)

I like to use Worcestershire sauce in my spaghetti sauce. I don't mind that it's not an exact duplicate of the sauce I'm used to using. It's a close enough match and smells just like the sauce. I only used 1/2 tsp in my sauce because I was afraid to overpower the spaghetti sauce. I just like a hint of the flavor. This is perfect and takes up less space in my kitchen...

I like the flavor of regular Worcestershire Sauce but I don't like the way it's just one more thing to crowd my fridge. I mean, I don't use it often enough to justify the space usage. That makes this Worcestershire Sauce practically perfect. It has a good flavor and I can keep it in my spice cabinet.

Our household goes through a lot of Worcestershire sauce. A splash, or more, goes into soups, stews, casseroles... You name it. But sometimes I would like the taste without the liquid or the dark coloration. That's where this product comes in handy.
We've used it on burgers and eggs, and I used it in a taco casserole the other night. Super tasty! Next I'll be trying it as a rub ingredient on steak and pork shoulder.
If you love the taste of Worcestershire sauce, I know you will find lots of uses for this. We will order again!

I was a bit taken aback that this powder does not really taste like worcestershire sauce. It lacks the umami taste of anchovies and the distinct taste of molasses. Despite that, it tastes pretty good on its own. It has a sweet and tangy flavor with a hint of spices to it. I used it on a piece of steak and it was flavorful.
The listed ingredients are: salt, sugar, tomato, vinegar, spices, natural flavors, critic acid, garlic, onion.
This comes in a glass bottle with a dual flip-top dispenser lid. It is packaged in a bubble bag for protection. Although it may not taste exactly like worcestershire sauce, it is a pretty tasty, sweet and tangy seasoning mix. It works well as a rub on steaks. All-natural, non-GMO and MSG-free. I like it a lot. Good stuff.

I’ve never seen it as a spice before but happy to have found it. It’s smells just like the liquid.
I use Worcestershire in a lot of our cooking. The first thing we’ve tried this on was sloppy joes. It added just that little extra something.
Love it!

This stuff is great! Very smoky, tangy, and full bodied flavor. I've been using it on pork ribs and even mashed potatoes. Very intense flavor for a dry spice but soo good. I can't wait to try it on even more foods.

I really like the flavor of this seasoning. It’s got salt, sugar, tomato, vinegar, spices, natural flavor, citric acid, garlic & onion & has a nice smoky flavor. It has the essence of the flavor of Worcestershire sauce & while it isn’t exactly the same, it can probably be used in place it. It tastes pretty good.
It can be used as a rub for meat & the company recommends trying it on potatoes. I have it in meatloaf & since I like to experiment with different flavors, I’m going to use it in a potato salad recipe for a change of pace.
I like good seasonings that have depths of flavor & this one does.

I will say that when i first opened the container, the scent of vinegar and tomato hit my nose and made my eyes water for sure. I was a bit concerned about that much but it is a powerful season for sure. I used it on some grilled meat and it turned out to be very good. Tasty and aromatic for sure.

This powdered Worcestershire sauce (try saying that five times fast) is pretty tasty. It's very strong and kind of has a salty/peppery/sugar/mesquite vibe to it, which I think would be amazing blended into things like mayo or ketchup, or topped on eggs. I ate mine on farm fresh eggs today and it was good although a little definitely went a long way. Love that it's shelf-stable too which gives it a one-up on the bottled stuff.

I had no idea they made this! This tastes just like Worcestershire. It's perfect for seasoning when you don't want to add extra moisture. It's great in cheese balls, for example.
It's finely powdered but easy to sprinkle. This is a product that I would buy again.

We nicknamed this product WOOZY SAUCE because it's so hard for most people to say the actual word! So, to continue as we used to discuss this (I worked in the food manufacturing group and yes, they make woozy sauce in Kroger's food manufacturing facilities) woozy sauce, I am older now but I still like to make my own meals. The problem is, with some items I cannot financially justify buying the original product, like milk, for example. I don't use enough milk on a daily basis to afford keeping the refrigerated product. I mean, yes, it comes in small containers, but the price is so high for someone on a fixed income, that it isn't worthwhile for me to purchase. I have dried whole milk instead. That's why I mentioned the milk, but it is the same with molasses - I have dried molasses and a few other things (dried whole eggs) and with this woozy sauce, I'm thrilled to have it on hand and my first try at using it, I shook it on a burger as I usually drizzle the liquid woozy sauce on my burger. This powdered version lent a similar flavor to my burger - that's exactly what I wanted! I love that this is shelf-stable, like my other kitchen/food items so that I can use it without worrying about it going bad. Price is reasonable for how much you get, too.
